- European offices: Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Dublin (Ireland)
- General contact: info@crestoneairpartners.com · +1 720.504.3520

- Data Protection Officer: We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so under Article 37 of the GDPR. Privacy enquiries can be directed to the contact above.
2. What personal data we collect
Information you give us (contact form)
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Company name
- Office preference and inquiry type
- The content of your message
Information collected automatically
- Technical/server data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and to operate the site.
- Language preference: if you switch the site language, we store that choice in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. This is a functional setting and is not used for tracking.
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|
| Respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you request | Legitimate interests, and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract |
| Operate, secure, and maintain the website | Legitimate interests (running a safe, functional site) |
| Remember your language preference | Legitimate interests / necessary to provide a feature you requested |
| Comply with legal and regulatory obligations | Legal obligation |
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract:
- Netlify — website hosting and contact-form processing/notification (United States).
- Email delivery — contact-form submissions are forwarded to our staff by email so we can respond to your enquiry.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. International data transfers
Our website is hosted in the United States via Netlify, so personal data submitted through the site is transferred to and stored in the US. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards — including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect it.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Contact-form enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, after which they are deleted — unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and operational purposes.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR/UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict or object to our processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@crestoneairpartners.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
8. Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — for example, the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Netherlands) or the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
