Steven Bridgland serves as the Senior Vice President, Head of Capital Markets, bringing over 34 years of commercial aviation leasing, trading and finance experience. In this role, Steven plays an integral part in leading Crestone’s funding strategy, managing investor relations, helping identify third-party asset management projects and supplement origination activity including both investors and lessors.

Prior to joining Crestone, Steven served as Senior Vice President, Head of Capital Markets & Investor Relations at Deucalion Aviation Limited. Prior to this role, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Origination and Equity Capital Raising. Before joining Deucalion, he worked as Senior Vice President at RBC Capital Markets and as a Director at Greenwich Natwest.

Steven holds a bachelor’s degree from Bournemouth University in Business Studies, Economics.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys ultra-cycling, photography and spending time with his family.
