Minerva Ochoa serves as the Director of Asset Management bringing a comprehensive understanding of financial, legal, and technical operations of aviation leasing. With a background in asset management, contract management, and technical finance she possesses the ability to oversee and optimize complex projects while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

She liaises with internal departments and external key service providers, monitors on-lease assets to ensure data accuracy, and supports all aspects dealing with acquisitions, consignments, deliveries, redeliveries, and sales. She joins having held essential roles at International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), Air Lease Corporation (ALC), AerCap, TrueAero and Aviation Capital Group (ACG).

Minerva holds a Bachelor of Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
