Allison Hausman is joining Crestone as a Senior Paralegal. In her role she supports the legal team with managing incoming and outgoing Know Your Customer compliance processes, maintaining corporate and LLC documentation, supporting the drafting, review, and negotiation of key transaction documents and general legal and administrative support to the internal legal team. She has been a paralegal for 14 years and has experience in both litigation and transactional corporate law. She previously served as the Senior Paralegal at Vorto, LLC, a busy startup tech company in the logistics and supply chain business.

She holds a Paralegal Certificate from Arapahoe Community College and graduated magna cum laude from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a BS in Political Science.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two sons, gardening and being outdoors with her elderly German Shepherd Sadie.
