Kevin Milligan is a seasoned aviation investment executive with 15 years of experience in aircraft trading, leasing, asset management, risk management, and business development. He has led hundreds of transactions globally, overseeing the full lifecycle from origination and underwriting through closing and eventual monetization. Kevin co‑founded the firm and previously served as Chief Investment Officer, where he structured and led multiple capital partnerships with institutional investors, including Blue Owl Capital and several other global asset managers and pension funds. He is known for his disciplined investment approach, conservative credit posture, and long-term focus on durable value creation. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Finance and Investor Relations at Contrail Aviation Support, and as Senior Director in the Asset Transaction Group at GA Telesis. He began his career at Aviation Capital Group in roles spanning portfolio management, aircraft trading, and corporate finance. He holds a B.S. in Aviation Business Administration from Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University and is an FAA‑certified pilot with multiple ratings. 

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys skiing, cycling in the Colorado high country, and traveling with his family.
