Bernadette Ryan is a senior aviation executive with over 25 years of global experience in aircraft leasing, finance, and contract management. As Vice President, Contracts her role is central to Crestone Air Partner’s global operations, where she ensures contractual precision, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and oversight of complex aircraft leasing and financing agreements across high-value transactions.

Prior to Crestone, Bernadette held key positions at top-tier aviation institutions including AerCap and International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC).  More recently, she was a Senior Legal Analyst at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP specializing in international aircraft transactions.  She is known for her ability to deliver results in high-pressure environments while fostering strong relationships with global airline clients, lessors, legal teams, and industry stakeholders.  

In her free time, she loves hiking, gardening, traveling and spending time with her daughter.
