
Boaz Slomowitz
VP, Marketing Americas
Boaz Slomowitz serves as Crestone’s VP of Marketing for the Americas as part of Crestone’s Origination department. Boaz brings over 18 years of financial services experience including over a decade covering the airline industry from both a banking and leasing perspective. He is responsible for establishing and deepening relationships with airline operators in the Americas region. Boaz works with airlines to originate innovative mutually beneficial transactions to assist customers with their aircraft financing and asset management needs, with a focus on mid to end of life aircraft and engine SLBs, re-marketing of aircraft and engines, and lease extensions.
Prior to joining Crestone, Boaz served as VP Risk for the Americas at BOC Aviation. During his time at BOC Aviation Boaz helped maintain customer relationships in the Americas, conducting financial due diligence for new and existing transactions on key airline counterparties while negotiating of a number of high profile restructurings.
Prior to joining BOC Aviation, Boaz worked at Wells Fargo’s Corporate and Investment Bank covering Transportation and Logistics companies with a focus on the airline industry. He worked on a number of airline financings during his time at Wells Fargo, most notably originating, structuring and syndicating terminal reconstruction loans at Los Angeles International Airport on behalf of two major US airlines.
During his free time, Boaz enjoys running and travelling with his wife and two boys, both of whom also share a love of airplanes.
