Crestone Air Partners Announces Key Leadership Appointments: Jason Greenberg as
Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Bernadette Ryan as Vice President, Contracts
DENVER, Colorado, February 28, 2025 — Crestone Air Partners, Inc. (CAP), a full-service aviation asset management platform, is excited to announce the addition of Jason Greenberg and Bernadette Ryan to the team in key leadership roles. Mr. Greenberg joins as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, and Ms. Ryan joins as Vice President of Contracts.
Mr. Greenberg brings over two decades of experience in aviation law, having most recently served as Special Counsel for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where he advised clients on a wide range of aviation matters. Prior to this, Mr. Greenberg worked as an Attorney for Aviation Capital Group (ACG), where he handled complex transactions and legal issues in the aviation industry. He also served as an Attorney at White & Case, one of the leading global law firms, and held the position of Senior Contracts Administrator at BBAM, managing significant aviation contracts.
As Crestone’s Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Mr. Greenberg will oversee all legal aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring compliance, risk management, and the smooth execution of legal agreements across the firm’s aviation assets and investments. His expertise will be critical in supporting Crestone’s strategic growth and maintaining the integrity of its legal processes.
Ms. Ryan also brings more than twenty years’ experience in aviation contracts. Most recently, she served as Senior Legal Analyst for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, focusing on complex contract negotiations and aviation transactions. Prior to this, she held key roles as Senior Director of Contracts at AerCap and Manager of Contracts at ILFC, gaining deep experience in the aviation leasing industry.
As Crestone’s Vice President of Contracts, Ms. Ryan will be responsible for managing the company’s contractual relationships, overseeing contract negotiations, and ensuring that Crestone’s aviation assets are effectively protected and aligned with its business objectives. Her leadership will help streamline contract processes and support the company’s overall operational efficiency.
