Dona Qiu serves as the Senior Director of Contracts & Transaction Management, bringing extensive expertise in the aviation industry to her role. She oversees the entire transaction lifecycle, including deliveries, returns, purchases, and sales of aircraft and engines. With a proven track record of driving efficiency and cost savings, Dona ensures seamless deal execution through strategic coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Throughout her distinguished career, Dona has successfully managed over 200 lease contracts and transactions. She has held pivotal roles such as Contracts Director at International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), Senior Paralegal at Aviation Capital Group (ACG), Director of Legal & Contracts at Wings Capital Partners, and Customer Success Manager at LeaseWorks.

Dona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. She has also completed the Leadership Choice – Accelerated Management Program and the Pryor Learning Project Management Workshop. Her leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the organization.

 Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, spending time with family and friends, experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen, and gardening.
