With over 25 years of professional experience in finance and accounting leadership roles, Joe serves as a strategic advisor to Crestone’s board and executive team.  He brings a wealth of knowledge generated from a diverse array of industries and organizations, demonstrating a track record of strategic leadership and financial acumen.  His experience in aviation finance came from over 15 years with Aviation Capital Group, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer.  Prior to that, he served in managerial roles for several companies including Pacific Life Insurance Company.  Joe started his career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of California.  He holds an MBA from UC Irvine (The Paul Merage School of Business) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics with an Accounting emphasis from UC Santa Barbara.  Joe is also actively involved in giving back to his local community through financial literacy coaching.
