Richard brings over a decade of Aviation experience in FP&A, M&A, Operations Research, and Process optimization, and over 17 years of combined executive-level experience at Fortune 200 companies running large teams in multiple disciplines, including Finance, Technical Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Development.  He has held Director-level roles at America West Airlines and US Airways, and most recently was Director of Alliance Management at DISH Network, LLC.  With a diverse cultural background and multi-country upbringing, Richard has an enterprising spirit and a global outlook.  He started two small businesses in two different countries, and is fluent in English and Spanish, conversational in French, and has basic proficiency in German.  He holds an MBA in International Finance from the University of North Texas, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.  In his free time, Richard enjoys snow skiing, reading, tinkering with technology, and spending time with his daughter.
